Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, an upscale eatery, is preparing to open in Montvale, while tech-powered Kura Revolving Bar began serving guests this week in Paramus.

Scheduled to open March 3 at 220 Market St., the Montvale location marks Fleming’s third in-state restaurant.

At Fleming’s, the dinner menu includes premium prime steaks, seafood dishes, vegetarian offerings, wine and handcrafted cocktails. It will also serve lunch starting at 11 a.m. daily with a menu of sandwiches, salads and entrées priced under $30.

A “Social Hour” bar menu that will be offered from 3-6 p.m. daily includes handcrafted cocktails, light bites and casual fare, such as burgers and sandwiches.

Along with an open-concept layout and wine vault showcasing over 2,500 bottles from around the world, the restaurant has three private dining rooms designed to host events. Fleming’s also aims to bring in local musicians to perform during dinner service each evening.

Commenting on the opening in Montvale, Fleming’s President Sheilina Henry said the brand was thrilled to “join a close-knit community that’s full of suburban charm.”

“It’s a perfect time for us to introduce our modern steakhouse experience to Bergen County,” Henry added.
