New luxury rental building Ora debuted in downtown Hackensack in February.
The Hampshire Cos., along with project partners Russo Development and Riverbank Management LLC, developed the seven-story project.
The Market Directors serve as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Ora, located at 321 Main St. in Hackensack. The property offers an onsite leasing office as well as fully furnished model apartments.
