Listen to this articleLife Time’s seventh New Jersey location is now open in North Jersey, marking its second spot in Bergen County.
The 15,000-square-foot Life Time at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack is the brand’s first studio-only space in North America.
Located at 390 Hackensack Ave., it features six studios for small group and exercise classes. The location offers members more than 100 group classes each week across a variety of interests, fitness levels and time of day.
“We are excited to introduce this first-of-its-kind, multi-boutique studio-only location to our new members, while also providing them with the amenities and first-class guest experience that has put Life Time at forefront of health and wellness,” said Ashley Sikora, Life Time’s area director of New Jersey.
Life Time at Shops at Riverside is open Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
