Hackensack Meridian Health operates two hospitals in the top five. Jersey Shore University Medical Center ranks No. 3, reporting 825 open heart surgeries and 450 TAVR procedures. Hackensack University Medical Center ranks No. 4, reporting 858 open heart surgeries and 224 TAVR procedures.

Cooper University Health Care rounds out the top five, reporting 740 open heart surgeries and 281 TAVR procedures, adding up to 1,021.

RWJBarnabas Health appears across the list in more three positions:

• No. 6: Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, totaling 689 procedures
• No. 12: Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, with 318
