Dozens of companies from New Jersey came together recently to celebrate their inclusion on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, which was released over the summer.
According to organizers, the exclusive event – held Nov. 21 at 1776 by David Burke featuring Topgolf Swing Suite in Morristown – was a resounding success, showcasing the best of New Jersey’s entrepreneurial talent and celebrating the innovative spirit and growth demonstrated by honorees.
With 121 companies from New Jersey recognized on this year’s ranking, the collective inclusion also highlights the strides made across various sectors of New Jersey’s business landscape.
“The event on November 21st was a fantastic opportunity to bring together the brightest minds of our business community,” said Clark Lagemann, cofounder and CEO of Cranford-based Avidon Health, an Inc. 5000 honoree (No. 3,501) and a co-organizer of the event. “Seeing so many successful entrepreneurs and leaders in one room, sharing stories and ideas, was truly inspiring.”
James Barrood, founder and CEO of Innovation+, co-organizer and a prominent figure in New Jersey’s business circles, reflected on the event’s success. “It was a night to remember,” he said. “The energy and enthusiasm at the venue were palpable. It’s events like these that reinforce the strength and vibrancy of our business community.”
Event partners Morgan Stanley, Marsh, PWC and Fairleigh Dickinson University played a crucial role in the event’s success, organizers said, demonstrating their commitment to supporting the growth of New Jersey’s business sector.
