Plaza 73 in Marlton is at full occupancy, following two new retail leases at the property.

Vantage Commercial announced the milestone Dec. 18, 2025. According to the firm, a nail salon along with a kitchen & flooring store add fresh, neighborhood-focused services to the plaza.

Located at 140-150 Route 73 N. in Marlton, Vantage has previously secured other tenants at Plaza 73. In 2019, the company secured a long-term lease for 2,500 square feet of space to serve as a Marine Corps recruiting office.

Senior Advisor John Doss and Sales Associate Neil Kakumanu represent the unnamed landlord at Plaza 73 and across a growing portfolio of regional retail holdings.

“These tenants add meaningful convenience and lifestyle-based services for families in the area, aligning directly with the center’s long-term positioning strategy,” stated Doss.

Situated along Route 73, Vantage cites a daily vehicle count of more than 38,700. Within a 5-mile radius of the retail strip, 2023 population counts tally 179,175 individuals. The average household income for that same span is $134,834.

Route 70 is less than 3 miles from Plaza 73, while Interstate 295 is just over 5 miles away.

Full-service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory Vantage Commercial has its headquarters in Cherry Hill.

The company also recently secured two new leases at High Ridge Plaza in Voorhees Township. The latest transactions there also brought that property to 100% occupancy.

A karate studio and boxing gym will round out the mix at the 1201 Berlin Haddonfield Road retail property. Vantage notes members of the same family signed the agreements, creating community and boosting synergy at the site.

Doss led the leasing along with Vantage Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson at the neighborhood retail center. Here, too, Vantage Commercial represents the landlord at High Ridge Plaza and also across several additional properties in the owner’s portfolio.
