Popular Mexican fusion chain is teaming up with on a major gameday promotion for the second year in a row.

Under the extended partnership, the Point Pleasant-born fast-casual restaurant will give fans a discount at its New Jersey and New York locations for any game that the Scarlet Knights win.

The exclusive offer kicks off with the Aug. 29 start of the football season and will continue through the men’s basketball season. Specific promotion details on the promotion will arrive in the coming weeks, according to Bubbakoo’s Burritos.

The tie-up also includes LED signage at SHI Stadium and inside Jersey Mike’s Arena, as well as promotion through digital and radio assets throughout the academic year.

Food industry veterans Paul Altero and Bill Hart founded Bubbakoo’s in 2008. The chain is known for fresh, made-to-order and affordable burritos, tacos, quesadillas and bowls and a lively skater-surfer atmosphere. The brand has since expanded to 100 locations across 16 states, becoming one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country.
