Somerville Family Eyecare is joining the tenant roster at Raritan Valley Professional Center in Somerset County.
Larken Associates announced this week that it secured a lease with Somerville Family Eyecare for 1,170 square feet of office/medical space at 575 Route 28 in Raritan.
According to its website, Somerville Family Eyecare offers: eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, laser vision correction consultations and co-Management, low vision correction with magnifiers and telescopes, and treatment of eye disease.
“When it comes to securing tenants, we consistently focus on finding businesses who can bring true value to our local communities,” Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said in a statement. “Somerville Family Eyecare is a great match with Raritan Valley Professional Center for that reason and we’re very excited to welcome them to their new home.”
The three-building complex offers 82,000 square feet with custom and built-to-suit professional office, dental and medical space. Raritan Valley Professional Center recently underwent a comprehensive capital improvement campaign, offering modern design and features, along with 24/7 property management from Larkens’ in-house team.
- Building 1 is the largest of the trio, with 50,992 square feet of office space. Recent interior renovations include an updated main lobby and the addition of a new south side lobby, for easier parking lot access. A new fitness center, carpeting, lighting and wall coverings were added. Outside, the building saw new landscaping and signage.
- Building 2 was rebuilt and redesigned from the ground up. It offers 17,006 square feet of adaptable space across two stories. Recent renovations include all new bathrooms, LED lighting, fixtures and finishes, windows, roofing and HVAC. On the exterior, Building 2 also saw new signage, in addition to LED lighting, curbing, a parking lot and sidewalks.
- Building 3 is the newest. It was built in 2018 by Larken and includes 14,000 square feet of built-to-suit medical space. It’s currently 100% leased.
