Wolf is managing principal and founder of Marlton-based Wolf Commercial Real Estate | CORFAC International, a full-service brokerage, management and advisory firm. He previously spent 17 years at Colliers International.

Launched in 2012, WCRE — which operates across a range of uses including office, retail, medical, industrial, property management and investment properties — initially served the South Jersey market but expanded, under Wolf’s guidance, first to the Philadelphia, New York City and Long Island markets and now — through a partnership with CORFAC International — leverages global connections.

WCRE’s leased, sale and property management portfolio encompasses more than 200 properties totaling some 6.5 million square feet. Recent transactions include the sale of a 20,000-square-foot office building investment transaction located at 1934 Olney Ave. in Cherry Hill; and the lease of 3,705 square feet of flex/industrial space located at 2091 Springdale Road, Unit 2, also in Cherry Hill, bringing the 72,000-square-foot property to fully leased status.

With Wolf at the helm, WCRE is also committed to the health, well-being, and success of the local community, dedicating a portion of the proceeds from transactions to a local charity and encouraging staff to volunteer and support charitable causes.
