Babikian serves as a vice chairman at CBRE, based in the firm’s Saddle Brook office. He is regarded as one of the most active brokers in the Tri-State area with an approach that has led to long-term relationships and a career representing a wide range of clients – from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits to emerging growth companies – in all facets of the commercial real estate process, locally and nationally.
