Bronsnick serves as executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield – running the commercial real estate firm’s New Jersey business. The firm maintains a foothold in the Garden State with offices in East Rutherford, Iselin and Morristown. It voasts almost 200 employees across the three locations, including 100 commercial real estate brokers supported by a multi-discipline platform.

Under Bronsnick’s leadership, the New Jersey business represents more than 700 sales and leasing transactions annually, totaling more than 40 million square feet. Last month, the firm added the Progress Capital team to its ranks, aimed at expanding its reach in the region. Bronsnick said the move marked a pivotal step in Cushman & Wakefield’s ambitious growth plan within New Jersey.
