With more than 37 years under his belt in the real estate investment banking business, CBRE Vice Chairman Dunne is an advisor and transactional agent for office, apartments, retail, industrial and new development projects. Dunne and his team are committed to realizing the potential of clients, professionals and partners by building the real estate solutions of the future. From instilling confidence in today’s decisions to re-imagining tomorrow’s spaces, they thrive in complex and ever-changing environments.
Dunne leads a 15-person team that focuses on investment sales and equity raises to capitalize projects — located largely within two hours of Manhattan. He has closed more than $35 billion of transactions in his career. He also goes beyond simply looking to close a transaction, and instead takes a consultative approach to each assignment, digging deep for information about market conditions, valuations and other must-know information, offering a multi-dimensional perspective that helps clients use real estate to transform their business and find greater success.
Dedication like that helped the firm – despite a soft office market that’s seen many valuations fall – successfully market properties like Harborside 5 in Jersey City (an $85 million deal) this year. In another big deal, Dunne’s team last year was involved in the sale of Harborside 1, 2, and 3 for a total of $420 million.
