He has closed more than $35 billion of transactions in his career. Dedication like that helped the firm – despite a soft office market that’s seen many valuations fall – successfully market properties like Harborside 5 in Jersey City (an $85 million deal) this year. In another big deal, Dunne’s team last year was involved in the sale of Harborside 1, 2, and 3 for a total of $420 million.
