During the past year, Denholtz Properties CEO Denholtz and Managing Partner Cassidy have spearheaded an ongoing transformation of the Red Bank-based commercial real estate firm into a national asset manager with a portfolio exceeding $2 billion in value. Under their leadership, the firm has developed an agile and efficient operational platform with the capabilities of a larger institutional investment firm. Two standout projects exemplify this evolution. In 2024, the firm made a major move into the Texas market with the acquisition of Clovis Crossing, a state-of-the-art, 213,125-square-foot industrial facility located in the booming Austin-San Antonio Corridor. This acquisition highlighted Denholtz Properties’ strategic expansion of its national industrial and multifamily portfolio.

Simultaneously, the firm strengthened its footprint in North Carolina with the completion of Novi Rise, a 167-unit mixed-use community in Concord, further establishing its presence in this fast-growing market.
