DeMatteis is a 24–plus year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Occupier Consulting Advisors – serving as executive managing director.
Throughout his career, he has completed nearly 1,000 real estate transactions on behalf of a range of clients. Earlier this year, he served as lead broker in the negotiation for Bank of America’s 550,000-square-foot office lease at Newport Tower in Jersey City — the largest new office lease executed in the Garden State in the last decade.
