Beginning his career with the firm through its sales intern program in 2013, McGuckin currently serves as vice president/regional manager at Marcus & Millichap. At the head of the New Jersey office, He oversees a dynamic team of agents, originators and administrative staff. According to the company, his strategic vision and commitment mentorship have been instrumental in driving the office’s sustained growth and success.
McGuckin also leads a team that’s committed and involved in the community. They frequently engage in local volunteer efforts as well as fundraising. Each year, the group builds backpacks for the Paterson School District. It has also supported the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
Recently, McGuckin joined the IOREBA board as treasurer for 2024-2025. His community involvement also extends to his personal life. McGuckin is co-chair of a family golf outing in honor of his grandfather, James E. McGuckin, an Army veteran and retired New York City firefighter. The event raises funds for the New York City Burn Center Foundation.
