Committed to delivering Class A office and residential projects that improve their communities, Pozycki’s SJP has developed more than 30 million square feet since its inception in the 1980s. The privately held, vertically integrated real estate company has offices in Parsippany and New York, 20 buildings under management, more than 90 team members, $5 billion of equity invested and $1.3 billion in development.

SJP has pioneered projects including Prudential’s 750,000-square-foot tower in Newark as well as Panasonic USA’s 337,000-square-foot Brick City building. In Hoboken, SJP developed the 1.5 million-square-foot, three-building mixed-use complex Waterfront Corporate Center. Tenants at the Hoboken space include Newell Brands and Walmart. Particularly post-pandemic, the property has proven as a useful tool for companies exploring the post-pandemic landscape, drawing new occupants.

Adopting a hub-and-spoke work model, Hain Celestial moved its headquarters from out-of-state to Waterfront Corporate Center not too long ago. In August, the property received another endorsement when it was announced the world’s sixth-largest consumer goods company, Unilever, would also join the roster.
