Newmark is founder and president of Newmark Associates, a certified woman-owned business, servicing the supplier diversity requirements of Fortune 100 companies across the country. Glick, who joined Newark in 2005, serves as COO and a broker-salesperson. With over three decades of industry experience, Newmark has built a reputation for excellence in providing innovative and client-focused real estate solutions. Her expertise spans various sectors, including office, industrial, retail and investment properties, serving both regional and national clients. Meanwhile, Glick specializes in property acquisitions and dispositions.

The pair collaborated to develop technology and management systems to accommodate the Newmark Associate’s burgeoning growth. Over the past decade, Glick has hired and trained more than 15 agents, almost doubling the size of the company. She also oversees the supplier diversity and inclusion programs for the company. For both Newmark and Glick, advancing diversity within the company – and the industry – is a priority.

In 2022, they launched CRESDA. The national alliance of certified minority, women and veteran-owned CRE firms offers a simplified resource to help certified and qualified commercial real estate providers diversify supply chains. Glick serves as CEO; Newmark is president. Newmark Associates also recently initiated the first internship for Newark High School students interested in a real estate career. The program offered 20 students a “hands on” learning experience.
