Founded in 1955 by William’s grandfather, Teterboro-based NAI James E. Hanson has long been a fixture of North Jersey’s commercial real estate scene as the go-to team for companies seeking to buy, sell or lease space in the tri-state area. Within the last decade, NAI James E. Hanson’s 70-plus associates across two offices have completed over 2,500 transactions valued at more than $4.8 billion, encompassing upwards of 45 million square feet. Under Hanson’s watch, the firm has averaged over $1 billion in transaction values – 275 deals – over the past three years and currently manages 7 million square feet of commercial real estate space. Most recently, NAI Hanson last month announced the $156.3 million sale of a huge, 50-acre industrial outdoor storage portfolio with facilities in Harrison and Kearny.
