Under Pozycki’s leadership, SJP has amassed an impressive portfolio, featuring a diverse collection of landmark office parks, corporate headquarters facilities and luxury residential buildings. 

Since its 1981 founding, the company has developed more than 30 million square feet throughout the metro area. With 20 buildings under management and more than 90 team members, SJP says it’s recorded $1.3 billion in development.

In Morristown, SJP’s work has helped usher in a new era for the Morris County seat. There, Pozycki has led the development of nearly 500,000 square feet of new commercial space in recent years. That includes Valley Bank’s massive redevelopment along Speedwell Avenue as well as M Station East for Deloitte and M Station West, under construction now to rise as Sanofi’s in-state flagship location.

SJP is also expanding its reach beyond the region. Following successful local industrial buildouts, the company is making moves to expand its warehouse portfolio across the Eastern Seaboard. Most recently, that includes the development of an approximately 7 million-square-foot industrial project strategically located near the Port of Savannah.
