As CEO and director at Kenvue, Mongon leads the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue. Mongon helped lead efforts to spin the company out from Johnson & Johnson with a portfolio sold in more than 165 countries to 1.2 billion customers that includes Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Listerine, Johnson’s and other high-profile brands.
A proven global leader with extensive marketing expertise, Mongon has grown and transformed businesses in both developed and emerging markets across Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America. The J&J veteran also established Kenvue’s Healthy Lives Mission, a comprehensive environmental, social and governance strategy, to build a sustainable business that creates value for all stakeholders over the long-term.
And while that growth persists, Kenvue has committed to New Jersey. The company is underway on a brand-new headquarters coming to Summit that will support approximately 3,000 employees on the planned 290,000-square-foot campus. (Overall, Kenvue boasts a team of more than 20,000).
According to Mongon, the company committed to the Union County municipality because it allowed the company to plant deep roots in a vibrant community, while also offering broader access to the global community.
