The system’s commitment to enhancing access to care includes a transformative partnership with Rutgers University, including the Rutgers Cancer Institute — the state’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

In his pursuit of key metrics in quality, patient satisfaction, financial performance and efficiency, Manigan has created service lines and regions and seamless connectivity for patient management, increasing operational efficiencies, and significantly increased the system’s ambulatory care joint venture partner providers to better serve patients across the state.
