Following the retirement of PJW Restaurant Group’s longtime leader Jim Fris, Breslow became CEO of the Westmont-based hospitality group in July 2024.
Breslow joined PJW – the company behind the popular P.J. Whelihan’s pub and restaurant chain – to lead marketing and technology in 2016. After being named chief operating officer three years ago, Breslow played a key role in executing the company’s strategic growth plan, which included adding more than a dozen new locations and nearly doubling sales.
Founded in 1983, PJW’s flagship brand, P.J. Whelihan’s, has nearly two dozen locations across the regions of Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, the Poconos and South Jersey. Its portfolio of 30-plus restaurants also includes upscale steak and seafood establishment The ChopHouse, casual Italian establishment Treno Pizza Bar, craft beer bar and restaurant The Pour House and modern Mexican eatery Central Taco and Tequila. In 2025, expansion efforts will focus on Delaware, Lehigh, Northampton and Bucks counties in Pennsylvania.
Commenting on her new position at PJW, Breslow said she feels “incredibly honored and humbled.”
“Our restaurants are great because the people who work in them are great. They are extremely passionate about what they do and work hard to keep raising the bar – while having fun doing it. That translates to an even brighter future for our company – one I’m eager to lead,” she said.
