Walsh is chairman and CEO fo NRS Inc., one of the largest U.S. logistics firms. According to the company, growing up in the family business afforded Walsh the opportunity to learn every facet of the industry and prepared him for his responsibilities within NRS when he joined full time in February of 1994.

Since 1952, the company, which operates a national network of distribution centers, terminals, trucks and equipment focused on one goal, has delivered efficient and reliable logistics services to America’s leading brands. 

Last year, the company received a Cargo Security Award from CargoNet, recognizing its efforts to prevent theft. And NRS was a 2024 finalist in the NJBIZ Business of the Year Awards, in the Family-owned businesses with more than 100 employees category.
