Already a leader in the industrial development space, the managing partner at Greek Real Estate Partners has raised the profile of the longstanding – and growing – East Brunswick-based, family-owned business, and now he’s working to do the same for the industries that work supports.
Greek leads strategic vision for GREP, spearheading new business ventures, overseeing project acquisitions as well as taking charge of site selection, valuation modeling, financing, transaction negotiations and deal packaging for clients. Last March, GREP continued to fill out the roster at its massive, 3.2 million-square-foot, award-winning Logan North development with Aramsco Inc.’s leasing of 117,000 square feet. The site already hosts Target, Lasership, SEKO and Lineage Logistics.
And with the launch of Circulate NJ this past fall, which Greek chairs, he’s working to spread awareness about the crucial role the logistics industry plays in the Garden State in the face of aggressive – and sometimes uninformed – NIMBY-ism statewide.
Since its debut, Circulate NJ and Greek have come out hard and fast with their mission to showcase the essential role logistics plays “as the life force behind New Jersey’s economy,” with several bylined submissions to media outlets, as well as interviews and a peppy social media voice.
